Who we are

Octopus Bytes is a consortium of Certified IT professionals, joining their individual skills, talents, education and experience to bring a new level of computer related service to the South Sound region.

We provide Enterprise level computer and network expertise for both the small business and home user. The team is comprised of computer technicians from several specialty fields including computer hardware diagnostics and repair, graphic design and website administration plus all aspects of wire and fiber optic network design, installation, administration and maintenance.

Our educational backgrounds include degrees in computer science and technology, journalism and psychology. Several staff members have almost 10,000 man-hours of technical school training and together we have over 80 certifications from companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and the Fiber Optic Association.

This team boasts a combined total of almost 100 years of work experience in the computer fields. The youngest member of the group has almost 10 years of computer building experience, our oldest member started working with computers in 1976 and his first computer really is in a museum.

Additionally, we bring over 30 years of successful service business ownership and management experience to this new consortium. We know that YOU are what makes our business a success, and our commitment is to the highest levels of helping you solve your computer, network and web issues.

Centrally located in the Stadium Historical District in Tacoma, the new business office has been designed to facilitate fast and competent service. We also provide on-site consulting, installation and repair. Our rates are competitive and our policy is simple:
